Adelaide House is proud to be working as a sub-contractor to Achieve Northwest Connect on the CFO3 project:

 

'Tackling the barriers to effective resettlement and promoting social inclusion', which is part-funded by the European Social Fund.

 

Adelaide House delivers a range of interventions which address a particpants needs, in 8 key areas:

 

Attitude and Life Skills

Employment

Education & Training

Accommodation

Finance

Health

Substance Misuse

Relationships

 

Each particpant has a pathway designed for them based on their individual needs. With the guidance of a case manager, each participant will embark on a journey, addressing their barriers to work, working towards pre-planned objectives and the completing of achievements.

 

Since the project commenced in December 2015, 49 women have succesfully enrolled on the programme, all of who have recieved intervention in atleast one of the above key areas.
